Datahood, a Salesforce partner and enterprise delivery agency, required flexible overflow capacity to support multiple concurrent projects across cloud computing, data engineering, and product development without expanding internal headcount. Promade deployed embedded pods of three to four senior engineers as an extension of their internal delivery teams, supporting white-label projects, mid-stream engagements, and overflow capacity.
